Northcoast Building Products, a prominent supplier of lumber and building materials in British Columbia, is expanding its operations with a new facility at 43071 Industrial Way, Chilliwack. Opened in the Fall of 2024, this location will complement their existing Surrey branch, enhancing service delivery to builders, contractors, and developers across the Lower Mainland. The Chilliwack facility is set to feature a two-storey, 665-square-meter addition to the existing building, increasing the main building’s total floor area to 1,447 square meters. Additionally, a new 960-square-meter MegaDome fabric structure will be erected to support manufacturing activities. The site will provide 24 parking spaces and include the planting of 51 trees, aligning with local development requirements.
